Admission Process

At Tool bi School, we believe that every child deserves a nurturing and enriching educational journey. Our admission process is designed to welcome families into our vibrant learning community and ensure a seamless transition for your child. 1. Schedule a Visit: Come experience the warmth and vibrancy of our school firsthand. Schedule a tour to explore our campus and meet our dedicated team.

2. Admissions Interview: Meet with our admissions committee to discuss your child’s educational goals and learn more about our program offerings.

3. Acceptance & Enrollment: Upon acceptance, complete the enrollment paperwork and submit any required documentation to secure your child’s spot at Tool bi School.

Enrolment and Tuition Fees

Families are invited to choose the options that best meet the educational needs and interests of their children. This choice is final for the academic year. For more information or to discuss payment plans, please contact our administration.

Enrolment Fees

The enrolment fee for Tool Bi School is 65,000 FCFA. This fee covers the initial administrative costs and is payable at the time of the student’s enrolment.

Tuition Fees

Annual tuition fees range from 450,000 FCFA to 970,000 FCFA, depending on the options chosen

Programme Options (one option):

  • French Programme: 400,000 FCFA

Family Portal

In the Family Portal, parents can easily communicate with teachers, receive real-time messages, have private discussions, and sign messages online through the Liaison Notebook. They support their child with homework organized by subject, access attached documents, and view upcoming assignments at a glance in the Homework Tracker. The portal also allows access to their child’s academic records, with the option to sign evaluation reports online, view archived reports, and download documents in PDF format. For families with multiple children, all information is managed with a single account, allowing parents to view all notebooks simultaneously, send group messages to multiple teachers, and independently manage their login details.
